Part One: We start with a deep dive East-meets-West evaluation process that pairs your health history and life story. Things will FINALLY make sense. You will have A LOT of light bulb aha’s as we talk.
Through the triple-lens of Chinese Medicine & principles of Functional Medicine and Nutrition, it all comes together and your next steps are clear.
I develop a Self-Care Action Plan for you right during the session. I tell you and teach you the natural health strategies I’ve used to solve cases like yours in the past. These are things you can do on your own to be your own healer!
If you have a medical diagnosis, I may include questions for you to bring to your physician and care team.
RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is next. This special form of hypnotherapy harmonizes the conscious and subconscious mind.
Because the subconscious mind powerfully impacts and instructs the body (think Mind-Body connection), getting your conscious healing goals and your deeper hidden operating system in synch can create immediate turnaround and massive change. If you’ve been stuck emotionally, the session hacks right into that, freeing you.
I then make you a bespoke audio that you listen to daily for the next 21 days. That’s because science shows it takes 21 days to shift a subconscious belief or mental/emotional habit. The audio empowers you. It hardwires your breakthroughs and commands your mind and body to heal.
A 60-minute Nutrition Session with the functional and integrative nutrition counselor completes your Breakthrough Intensive. This session occurs on a different day, as soon as your mutual schedules permit. I conference with her ahead, so she already has my diagnosis and plan for you.
In your session she drills down into exactly what to eat and not eat, making it super practical for you based on your real lifestyle. Whether you travel constantly, eat at the work cafeteria, or are a super foodie at-home chef, her guidelines are exciting and actionable. Recipes, menus, specific foods and spices, snacks, meals, tips, URLs and more. Pleasure in your food is a non-negotiable. So you'll feel excited and empowered, not deprived!
